Pineapple-Basil Smoothie


Pineapple Basil Smoothie
  

Here’s What You Need:

1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup filtered water
1 kale leaf or handful of spinach
1 cup pineapple cubes
½ of a small banana
Juice of 1 lemon 
Juice of ½ lime
6 – 8 basil leaves (cinnamon or chocolate basil is awesome!)
1/2” piece of ginger


Instructions:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on medium-low setting until mixed.  Turn up to highest setting and blend until smooth.  That’s it!  Oh, yeah, and guzzle, cause it’s so good that’s what you end up doing!

Makes 2 small glasses or 1 big one.
